Sunday, 28th May, 2023, at the invitation of the President and Board of Trustees of the Full Gospel Church International (FGCI), Lands and Natural Resources minister, Samuel Abu Jinapor delivered an address at the 5th Emmanuel A. Mensah Memorial Lecture.
It was held under the theme, “The Role of Evangelism in Building Creation Care Culture in the Ghanaian Society.”
The minister used the occasion to call on the church in Ghana to be ambassadors for the protection of our natural environment.
“Scripture tells us in Genesis 2:15 that God charged man to take care of His creation. The Church is, therefore, a natural partner in our quest to protect our environment” he referred.
Mr. Abu Jinapor emphasised the Government of President Akufo-Addo remains committed to this course, and we’ll continue to count on you all to support this noble agenda.
