Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) canfidates have been advised against engaging in any form of spiritual ‘fight’ ahead of the exams next week, Monday.
Parents are therefore urged to desist from forcing their wards to engage in all night and fasting activities, among many others as that could affect them in during the examination period.
New Juaben North Municipal Education Director Madam Beverly Dansoa Bartels made gave the caution when she led the CEO of PTY Foundation to donate mathetical sets and pens to motivate and also support candidates in the upcoming external Examination.
Meanwhile, the CEO of PTY Foundation, Philip Twum Yeboah speaking to the candidates encouraged Candidates to have enough sleep and also limit their engagements on social media but rather rest well to be able to reflect on what they have been taught over the years.
He educated canfidates to read and understand examination questions well before attempting to answer them.
Mr. Twum Yeboah who is also eyeing the New Juaben North seat on the ticket of the NPP charged students to make good use of the mathematical sets and pens by doing their best to pass well.
He assured his continuous support to the Education Directorate to ensure students in the municipality receive the best tuition they deserve to prepare them for the future.
Beneficiary candidates were grateful to Mr. Philip Twum and his team for the support and encouragement and therefore pledged to learn hard and put in their best to come out with good grades.
Schools the CEO visited includes Effiduase Presby JHS, Asokore SDA Demonstration JHS and Oyoko Methodist JHS.
The mathematical sets and pens are to be distributed to all candidates within the municipality.
