Berekum Chelsea coach Samuel Boadu is facing a possible sanction from the Ghana Football Association following his unsavory remarks about referee Mawuli and his assistance.
Boadu, a former Premier League winning coach took a swipe the match officials despite his outfit securing a 2-1 win over Medeama in matchday 17 of the Ghana Premier League on Sunday.
“I’m satisfied with the three maximum points but officiating was really bad. I don’t complain about officiating but this time around, I’m complaining. The FA can sanction me, I don’t mind”
“We all talk about the beauty of the game but how can football be beautiful with this officiating? He quizzed.
“I don’t want to know the name of the referee and his assistance but if they continue to do this, they will collapse Ghana football” he said.
The Ghana FA may crack the whip against Boadu for his remarks against the match officials at the weekend.
Berekum Chelsea finished the first round of the Premier League opn the 10th position with 22 points.
