The Minister for Education, Hon. Haruna Iddrisu, held a strategic meeting with representatives from Big Win Philanthropy at his office on Wednesday. The discussions centered on enhancing education in Ghana, with a focus on developing early childhood learning.
Hon. Haruna Iddrisu expressed his commitment to working with Big Win Philanthropy to implement sustainable educational initiatives that will equip Ghanaian children with essential skills. The Minister acknowledged the foundation’s dedication to youth development and noted that this partnership aligns with the government’s broader vision of inclusive and quality education.
Also present at the meeting were Deputy Minister of Education, Dr. Clement Apaak; the Director General of the Ghana Education Service (GES), Prof Ernest Davis; the Technical Advisor to the Ministry, Prof George Oduro; the Chief Director of the Ministry of Education, Mrs Mamle Andrews; and many other high-ranking officers.
Big Win Philanthropy, known for its work in supporting transformative education initiatives in Africa, expressed readiness to collaborate with the Ministry to achieve these laudable educational targets.
