Ghana U-20 skipper Daniel Afriyie Barnie has set his sights on Black Stars’ call-up following their triumph in the just ended U-20 Africa Cup of Nations in Mauritania.
Ghana beats Uganda 2-0 on Saturday, March 6, 2021, to clinch their fourth AFCON trophy courtesy of a Daniel Afriyie Barnie brace.
Barnie, who plies his trade for giants Hearts of Oak marksman believes he is ripped for Black Stars call up having guided the youth team to AFCON glory.
“Sure I am expectant and ready for black stars call up, I am praying I get the chance because it has always been my dream and with the experience, I have garnered with the Under 20 tourneys I am sure I can do something for Ghana,” he told Oyerepa FM.
