Nsoatreman FC forward Samuel Ofori has heaped praise on Black Stars coaches for watching the Ghana Premier League.
In March, Chris Hughton was appointed as head coach of the Black Stars with George Boateng and Didi Dramani serving as assistants.
While there were concerns about the exclusion of local-based players in the first call-up, Chris Hughton promised to keep an eye on them by watching more local football.
He has been to some Ghana Premier League matches venues including his assistants.
In an interview with Koforidua-based Bryt FM, the former Karela United striker asserted the presence of the Black Stars coaches gives the players extra motivation to prove their worth.
“Black Stars coaches watching the Premier League gives us extra motivation. I believe his monitoring will help a lot of players in the local scene to improve” he said.
Nsoatreman FC will face Legon Cities in their matchday 30 encounter on Sunday at the El-Wak Stadium.
They are currently 14th on the league table with 37 points after 29 games.
