Bofoakwa Tano FC’s captain Saaka Dauda has won the Ghana Premier League Player of the Month due to his swashbuckling performance in September.
Dauda beat off competition from his teammate Elijah Addai, Stephen Amankona of Berekum Chelsea FC, Evans Wiredu of Karela FC and Baba Hamadu Musa of FC Samartex.
The forward has been the main man for the Ghana Premier League returnees, who has exhibited great performance so far.
Bofoakwa Tano are currently second on the league table after five games with 9 points.
They defeated Real Tamale United and Hearts of Oak in their first two home games, orchestrated by Saaka Dauda.
The attacker also won two NASCO Man of the Match Awards after playing a total of 255 minutes.
He will receive a 43-inch NASCO Television from Electroland Ghana Limited.
