Hon. Martin Agyei-Mensah Korsah, Member of Parliament for Techiman South Constituency in the Bono East Region has observed that Religious Groups have major contributions in Nation building therefore should not leave everything to Politicians.
According to the Deputy Minister for Local Government, Decentralization and Rural Development; Churches and Muslim settings have a big duty to shape the Government of the day and also ensure through their teachings to Members to help safeguard our democracy, peace and unity.
Hon. Martin Agyei-Mensah Korsah was speaking at the 35th Anniversary Celebration of the Mount of Blessing Seventh Day Adventist Church (SDA) in Techiman at the Valley View University Auditorium.
For his part, Pastor Jonathan Amo Ameyaw the President of Mid-North Ghana Conference of SDA congratulated the Mount of Blessing for their strives and massive achievements in both physical development and winning more souls for the Kingdom of Jesus Christ.

Finally, Pastor Jacob Attah Ankomah the Techiman South West District Pastor of SDA revealed that the 35th Anniversary of the Church was under the theme; “A Journey of 35 years to the Mount” and appreciated Hon. Martin Agyei-Mensah Korsah their MP for donating gh20,000 towards their church building project.
