A 17-year-old boy identified as Johnny, a Junior High School dropout has drowned in a swimming pool at a Hotel located at Chiraa in the Sunyani West Municipal of the Bono Region.
According to eyewitnesses, the deceased joined Senior High School graduates who were enjoying after their last WASSCE paper in a program dubbed “Prison Break” held at the poolside.
The body of the deceased has since been deposited at the Sunyani Regional Hospital mortuary for autopsy and preservation.
