The Chief Executive Officer of Mac-Dic Royal Plaza Hotel in Koforidua Barima Kofi Adjei Twinin has passed-on.
He died after a short illness, according to family sources.
Barima Adjei Twinin was Dwantoahene of Akyem Abuakwa Traditional area in the Eastern region. He was also one of the kingmakers in Akyem Kwabeng where he hailed from.
He was a businessman and a philanthropist.
Barima Kofi Adjei Twinin was former President of the Ghana Hotels Association. In 2017, Barima Kofi Adjei Twinin established a Mac-Dic Hospitality academy accredited by COTVET to train Professionals for the hospitality industry.
His hotel won many awards in the hospitality industry for best practices.
He worked as a lotto operator in the early stages of his journey to success.
