Madina MP Lawyer Francis Xavier Sosu on Monday morning discharged by the Kaneshie District Court.
The lawmaker have been in court after the criminal case brought against him by the Ghana Police was struck out for want of prosecution.
The outspoken human rights lawmaker was accused of leading his constituents to stage illegal demonstration against the the laws of the country.
The MP in a post said “special thanks to Rt. Hon. Kinsford Sumana Alban Bagbin and all who supported me against this struggle”.
