A 3-Day Zonal Refresher Course on Leadership and Management Training for Metropolitan, Municipal and Districts Chief Executives (MMDCEs) at Ridge Royal Hotel, Cape Coast.
As part of the government’s efforts to ensure effective and efficient decentralization, the training course is geared towards empowering and equipping MMDCEs with the requisite skills and expertise needed to execute their mandates to ensure the rapid development of MMDAs.
In her address, the Central Regional Minister, Marigold Assan admonished the MMDCEs to seriously partake in the learning process, share experiences and make the best out of the training.
MMDCEs were also tasked to work to expectations at their various jurisdictions to support the Central government on its policies and programmes.
The training programme was attended by MMDCEs from Central, Western and Eastern Regions.
