Member of Parliament for the Awutu Senya West Constituency Hon Gizella Agbotui Tetteh has saved an eye sight of over 500 constituents who seemed to be having problems with their eyes in their various communities across the constituency by offering them free Surgery at the Watborg Eye Services Center in Awutu Beraku.
According to the MP, she took the initiative up after realizing many constituents have problems with their eye sights, hence taken upon herself to offer them this Free Surgery every year.
Speaking to Bryt Fm News Correspondent Eric Owusu Amponsah, she disclosed that, the initiative is a collaboration between her outfit and Watborg Eye Services Center in Awutu Beraku where patients are mobilized from communities to the center for the surgery to take place and it is done in twice on a yearly basis.
Hon Gizella Agbotui Tetteh explained how she is managing to help constituents get a clear sights to enhance hardwork to boost their livelihood.
She has however urged constituents whose family have such problems should consider informing opinion leaders in the community so that they can be booked for the next section of the surgery.
Meanwhile, some constituent beneficiaries who have successfully undergobe the surgery commended the MP for the gesture revealed they will never forget her in prayers and turn deaf ears to her during the upcoming 2024 elections by voting massively for her to retain power .
