Madam Justina Marigold Assan, the Central Regional minister joined the Department of Social Welfare for their annual review meeting at the RCC Banquet Hall.
The meeting provided a forum for officers to deliberate on matters regarding professional standards relating to the Department and also offer opportunities to make relevant inputs into the 2023 Action Plan.
The Regional Director used the occasion to recognize some deserving staff who were exceptional in their line of duty in the year under review.
Speaking at the event, the Regional minister commended the Regional Director and her team for this laudable initiative.
Furthermore, she admonished the Regional Director to work closely with staff of the Department to ensure that social welfare services are professionally rendered in the region.
