The Central Regional Secretary for the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr Richard Takyi Mensah, has disclosed that the Central region has received its fair share of the national cake under President Akufo-Addo administration despite the global economic crisis.
To him, there is the need for electorates to support the NPP government to retain power in the 2024 general elections.
Mr. Takyi Mensah indicated that the Regional executives of the party will work hard and make the region one of its strongholds in the country.
Speaking to the press at a soiree organised by the Regional executives of the party in Cape Coast in the Central Region to strengthen its bond with the media, Mr Takyi Mensah indicated the party’s leadership with their varied experiences will turn things around and make the region one of its strongholds in the country.
He added leadership under the Central Regional Chairman commend the media in the region for its unbiased reportage and appealed to them to continually partner with the NPP in all their dealings.
