Medeama have been handed a tough group in the CAF Champions League competition following Friday’s draw in South Africa.
The Yellow and Mauves made history after securing qualification to the group stage in their maiden appearance in the elite competition.
The Ghanaian champions edged out Remo Stars and Horoya AC to secure group stage spot.
Medeama were drawn in Group D against defending champions Al Ahly SC, Algerian champions CR Belouizdad and Tanzanian champions, Young Africans.
The group stages of Africa’s biggest club competition will begin on Friday, November 25, 2023, through to Friday, March 1, 2024.
