Dreams FC coach Abdul Karim Zito wants a swift return to winning ways following defeat to Club Africain in their opening CAF Champions League group stage opener.
The FA Cup champions succumbed to a 2-0 away defeat to the Tunisian outfit on Sunday, thanks to goals from Tayeb Meziani. Meziani and Srarfi.
After the game, Zito heaped praised his players despite the defeat whiles he eyes a win against Rivers United in their second group game to be played at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday.
“I am proud of the boys; we are going to work hard on our next game which is against Rivers United. Surely, we will bounce back to winning ways” he told the club’s media.
The reigning FA Cup winners touch down at the Kotoka International Airport on Tuesday and will head to Kumasi to begin preparations for their second group game against Rivers United.
