Ghanaian outfit, Dreams FC have been handed a tricky group after being drawn in Group C against Club Africain, Academica do Lobito and Rivers United.
The Still Believe lads made giants step in their maiden African campaign, securing qualification to the group stage of the competition.
The Ghana FA Cup winners defeated Milo FC from Guinea and Kallon FC from Sierra Leone to secure money zone berth.
The group phase of the Confederation Cup will begin on Sunday, November 26, 2023, through to March 3, 2024.
