Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has announced that new applicants scheduled for biometrics is temporarily suspended and will open on March 25, 2025.
This new update affects first time applicants who require biometric verification for visa processing.
The suspension takes effect from February 3, 2025 to March 25, 2025. IRCC deeply regrets any inconveniences this development may have caused.
This is important for IRCC to update their software and provide effective and enhanced services to our clients.
Applicants are therefore advised to reapply from their portal to be scheduled for the biometrics.
