Justice Kwasi Anin-Yeboah has suspended sittings at Koforidua Court of Appeal in Eastern region.
The suspension is however not exclusive to Koforidua court of Appeal but also those in Ho, Tamale, Cape Coast and Koforidua, regional capitals of Volta, Northern,and Central respectively.
All appeals from the Northern Sector of the country including the Upper East, Upper West, North East, Northern, Savannah, Bono East, Ahafo, Western North and Ashanti regions would be heard in Kumasi.
Also ,all appeals in the Southern sector including the Western, Central, Eastern, Oti, Volta, and Greater Accra Region will be heard in Accra.
The decision which takes immediate effect was contained in a letter signed by the Chief Justice.
The reason for this decision was however not made known.
