B5 Plus Group, in partnership with DPS International School, has announced a full scholarship programme for the children of the eight (8) Ghanaians who tragically lost their lives in the recent helicopter crash.
At a ceremony at the Office of the Chief of Staff, Julius Debrah received the initiative on behalf of the Presidency, praising it as a symbol of private sector responsibility in nation-building.
The scholarship covers the entire education of two children from each bereaved family at DPS International School, Tema — one of Ghana’s most prestigious institutions — from basic level through to ‘A’ Level, including tuition, uniforms, and boarding where required.
Marietta Agyeiwaa Brew, Presidential Advisor on Legal and former Attorney-General, applauded the initiative, stressing the impact of investing in the future of these children.
She highlighted DPS’s excellence, noting its track record of producing outstanding graduates, including Oheneba Kwame Kyeretwie, son of Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, who is now pursuing Astronomy at Wesleyan University, USA.
