Ghana international Kwame Bonsu “Conte,” says his side Esperance de Tunis is ready for the FIFA club world cup and are keen to up their standard against world best clubs.
In an interview with Don Summer of Angel FM, he embraced tough tests in the competition, saying they are preparing very well for the tournament.
According to him, his side have intensified their preparations for the all-important tournament as they take on champions from the globe.
“Preparation towards it is something special because we are playing champions from all the continent. This tournament is very special as compared to the African champion’s league” he said.
Asked if they are ready for the competition, he said, “Yes, for sure, we are not thinking about how many games we have to play but we are taking one game at a time”
“It is going to be a very tough tournament, no doubt about that but I have a strong belief in our team and our preparation towards it. I believe we are going to have a good competition” he ended.
Esperance de Tunis will open their club world cup account against Al Hilal from Saudi Arabia on Saturday, December 14.
