The Chairman of the Ghana Coaches Association (GCA), Professor Joseph Mintah believes former Hearts of Oak striker, Joseph Esso will succeed at Dreams FC.
The 23-year-old moved to the Still Believe lads on a two-year deal as a free agent after his contract with Accra Hearts of Oak expired last month and was unveiled by the club aftermath.
Esso was one of five players who parted ways with the Rainbow colours after failure to extend their contract with the management of the club after their contract elapsed.
After being chased by clubs in Ghana and abroad including, Hearts of Oak rival, Asante Kotoko, Esso, swerved all to join the Dawu based club.
However, the gaffer sharing his thought about Esso’s surprise move to Dreams FC says he is optimistic about him making a great impact for the Dawu based club as he strongly believes he has the potentials to succeed.
Both parties worked together during their stint with Ghana Premier League side, Ebusua Dwarfs.
“I’m very happy for Esso because when he came to Dwarfs he wasn’t that refined so we prepared and made him better before he joined Hearts of Oak and now he is at Dreams. Esso now has the basics. I think he can still build on it. I think he needs to move to the next level in terms of his training so that he can achieve the greatest level or the height that he is supposed to be”
“He has the potentials to get to the ceiling and I think the sky is the limit for him,” he said.
