The Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA) is to embark on mass enforcement exercise to ensure strict adherence to the Covid-19 safety protocols and President Directives by the hospitality players.
In a statement issued, GTA reiterated the directives on the ban of some operations in the tourism and hospitality industry for clarity and emphasis.

The Authority however said Tourist sites must continue to operate but with strict adherence to the Covid-19 preventive protocols.
Ghana has recorded nine new COVID-19 related Deaths, bringing the total number to 433 since March 2020.
A total of 46 patients are in critical condition while 126 others condition is severe.
The total number of COVID-19 Active cases as of 31st January stands at 5,786.
Ghana Health Service Report indicates that 62,350 patients have recovered since March 2020 out of the 68,559 confirmed cases.
The second wave of the virus is spreading faster and killing faster compelling the government to reintroduced restrictions on social activities.
