Some Electoral area coordinators and grassroots supporters of the ruling New Patriotic Party, NPP, in Awutu Senya West have vehemently rejected the attempt to impose one Joseph Baidoo on them as District Chief Executive (DCE).
According to them, Joseph Aidoo masterminded skirt and blouse against the party in the just-ended 2020 general election, therefore, has no moral right to be DCE.
They alleged that the Director of Communications at the Presidency, Eugene Arhin is behind the agenda to impose Joseph Aidoo on the people stating that, they will resist him with the last drop of their blood.
Speaking to Bryt FM News Correspondent Eric Owusu Amponsah, Spokesperson for the group, Amos Hammond Dowonah appealed to President Nana Addo not in any way appoint Joseph Aidooand to impose him on them since he is not and can never be their choice if he want the party to regain it best in the Awutu Senya West Constituency.
