Madam Louisa Atta-Agyemang, Chairperson of the Democrat Union of Africa on Tuesday 27th December, 2022 , hosted a session of female student leaders .
The meeting brought together selected female SRC Presidents and some promising young women doing well in the leadership space.
“Rising Women : A Chat With Louisa Atta-Agyemang “was inspired by the Chairperson’s knowledge that there is a cardinal need to nurture and mentor young leaders and place the necessary priority on the growth process.
Madam Louisa Atta-Agyemang strongly believe that coaching is essential in helping the youth make right life choices.
She used the opportunity to share her experience and leadership journey from her student activism days with these promising and strong women to guide them in whatever decision they make.
She also enjoyed listening to their wins too, as she sees it as a giant and glorious steps to the future.
She added “I believe that meetings and conversations like this will inspire young female leaders to continue shattering the glass ceiling. There exist a direct relationship between participation of females in leadership with the strengthening of our gains in governance”.
