There was a meeting by the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs with a member of the IT/IM Executives, Mr Ebenezer Tackie-Yawboi from the Controller and Accountant General Department.
The purpose of the visit was basically to inform IT/IM on new development in the Civil Service on how to improve their career progression as well as their capacities to deliver in line with the government digitalisation agenda.
According to him, the Head of Civil Service has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Kofi Annan Training Center to train all IT Officers in the service.
Mrs Joyce Gifty Bomsomprah, Director F&A on behalf of the Chief Director, Dr. Evans Aggrey Darkoh thanked him for this new development and added that the initiative will bring facelifts in the Civil Service of Ghana.
