Ghanaian actress Juliet Ibrahim has advised her fellow women to be mindful of the kind of men they date or get married to.
According to the relatively beautiful actress, it’s about time women pay rapt attention to their mental health while they are in a relationship or marriage.
Adding that women shouldn’t be manipulated, depressed, tortured and shouldn’t be led into any form of emotional abuse from their spouses.
Emphasizing that women should set boundaries, know their worth and love themselves first before loving any man.
“Set boundaries, value yourself, become more self-aware of your worth, love yourself and build your self-esteem so you never have to fall victim to the manipulation of any kind and most of all know when to draw the line and wake up from brainwashing and emotional abuse”.
