Dreams FC forward Joseph Esso says personal glory must take a back seat for the club to triumph on all fronts this season.
Esso, who joined the Still Believe lads last year from giants Hearts of Oak has racked up seven goals in the ongoing Ghanaian top-flight league and appears to be on top form the club.
But according to him, he is more concerned about the collective target of the team than his glory.
“Team first; I am sure the team must come first before any individual achievement. All that I am expecting is for the team to win and be up to the league log, automatically if the team wins, individually you will also win” he said.
Dreams FC are 2nd on the table with 234 points after 14 matches.
