The NDC Youth wing in the Akuapem North Constituency of the Eastern region will host a soccer fiesta on Sunday, September 3 at Kokormu Community park.
There will be a football match between Upper Hills and Lower Hills branch of the party amongst many other outdoor and indoor games.
The Constituency youth organiser, Ahmed Agbenyadzi speaking to Bryt FM on Saturday said the event is to offer opportunity to the youth and Constituents at large to exercise their bodies for good health.
He said it is also a medium to inspire and assure the youth not to be disappointed with the government and engage in activities that can jeopardise the peace of the country.
“It is so sad to see the government tax betting which has been a source of income for many sports fans, but the NDC is assuring them of better living come 2025 when the party forms new Government” he stated.
Comrade Agbenyadzi therefore called on Constituents especially the youth to consider John Dramami Mahama and NDC Parliamentary Candidates to help revive the sinking economy to provide opportunities for all.
