President Akufo Addo has inspected the Volta Rail Bridge in Senchi, in the Asuogyaman District of the Eastern region on Tuesday, December 6, 2022.
The project has been constructed as part of the Tema to Mpakadan Standard Gauge Railway Line currently ongoing.
The project is one of the major projects undertaken by the Government in the Railway sector as a way of improving the sector as far as transportation is concerned.
The President’s visit affords him the opportunity to have first-hand information on the progress of work and also ascertain challenges the contractor may be going through.
