As part of a strategic effort to help improve customer experiences, the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has extended education to its cherished customers on power application amidst customer appreciation week in the Eastern region.
The 2023 customer appreciation week is mainly focused to engage and strengthen customer’s relations especially on the power app and receive feedback, complaints and ideas from the customers.
Customer appreciation is expected to help better understand the needs and deliver customer desires as well as improve customer experiences.
The Eastern Regional Head of the ECG, Ing. Sariel Etwire who led the float in Koforidua and its environs stated that ECG committed to serve customers better with the power app.
Ing. Sariel Etwire said that the digitalization has made it easy for customers to recharge and communicate to ECG without any inconvenience.
Speaking in an interview with Nhyiraba Nartey Solomon of Bryt FM after the flout, Ing. Sariel Etwire urged customers to download the app from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store to enable them to recharge and pay bills through the mobile money wallets.
To help release stress, Ing. Sariel Etwire added that customers can also dial *226# to recharge.
She acknowledged the customers for their support and being faithful to ECG throughout the year.
Ing. Sariel Etwire pleaded with them to pay their bills timely to help improve the services of the company and continue strong partnership with ECG in the coming years.
