A woman identified as Abena’s Mother at Akyem Asiakwa in Abuakwa South Municipality in the Eastern region has held a goat hostage for pushing to the ground a soup and rice he was preparing on fire.
The angry woman says she will slaughter the goat held hostage if the owner fails to pay for the cost of the soup and rice.
Announcing a local information center on Thursday, the woman said the owner of the goat should come and identify it and for amicable settlement.
Akyem Asiakwa is known for stray animals on street.
