Bro. Yaw a family member told Mybrytfmonline.com that, the action of the hospital disrupted the funeral adding that, undertakers and mourners even became stranded at the parlor.
The family returned to the hospital Saturday dawn for further negotiation to have the body as mourners oblivious of the cause of death were awaiting the body to show their last respect.
The hospital released the body to the bereaved family under the strict condition that it should remain in the casket and be in a hearse for viewing by the mourners.
The movement of the covid-19 body was supervised by environmental officers to the funeral ground and the cemetery for burial.
