Mante Ernest Foundation Ghana (MEFGHANA), a non-governmental organization, has donated to the Hour of Grace Orphanage Home in the Yilo Krobo Municipality of the Eastern Region.
The foundation aimed to inspire and support orphans by improving quality of life through communities in Ghana. It creates charitable funds that help meet challenges of changing times and critical needs of the less privileged.
Ernest Mante, the founder of MEFGHANA, explained that their motive was to reach out to the vulnerable children in communities by empowering them to break the cycle of poverty.
Mr. Ernest Mante indicated that the donation was a result of solutions to ease the significant challenges confronting the orphans at the Hour of Grace Orphanage Home.
He pledged the foundation will have committed to helping transform the lives of vulnerable children by creating a brighter world where every child will get the opportunity to pursue a higher life.
Speaking to Nhyiraba Solomon Nartey of Bryt FM, Mr. Ernest Mante called on philanthropists, donors, and individuals to join hands to advocate for needy children and promote their welfare to reach out to many kids in the country.
Lawrence Gbengor, the founder of the Hour of Grace Orphanage, applauded Mr. Ernest Mante and his team for supporting the orphans in the festive season.
He said that the generous donation by MEFGHANA will help them to take good care of the children.
Mr. Lawrence Gbengor pleaded with donors to come to their aid to provide basic needs for orphans to alleviate the trauma of losing their families amidst the Christmas celebration.
MEFGHANA donated sachets and bottled water, soft drinks, yam, plantain, detergents, cooking oil, canned fish, mackerel, salt, rice, learning and entertainment materials, mosquito nets, sanitary pads, gari, corn flakes, hand sanitizer, a box of biscuits, toilet rolls, and boxes of secondhand clothing, and many others.
