The Eastern Regional Commander of Motor Traffic and Transport Department (MTTD) Jude Cobina has been transferred in the latest shake-up by the Police administration.
Mr. Cobbina has been moved to Kintampo Divisional Police Command.
He is among over 50 senior police officers reshuffled by the Inspector General of Police.
The changes take immediate effect.
Not much was achieved by the transferred Eastern Regional MTTD Commander since he assumed office in the region some two years ago.
Accidents cases and fatalities increased under his watch in the region. Reports of extortions by MTTD officials were not tackled .Mr. Cobbina’s engagement with the media in the region was not encouraging compared to his predecessors.
