“New Juaben North Assembly intensifies development drive through smart administration, digital transformation, and strong leadership”
The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for New Juaben North, Hon. Samuel Adongo, has reaffirmed the Assembly’s unwavering commitment to building a well-planned, economically vibrant, and environmentally sustainable municipality.

He made this known during the Second Ordinary Meeting of the Second Session of the Third Assembly, held on Thursday, 30th October 2025, at the New Juaben North Municipal Assembly Hall.
Hon. Adongo emphasized that the Assembly’s development efforts are guided by the Medium-Term Development Plan (2022–2025) and align with national priorities in governance, infrastructure, education, health, agriculture, and sanitation.
The MCE commended Assembly Members, staff, and development partners for their dedication and teamwork. “Your support has been crucial in advancing our collective development agenda,” he said.
On administration, he revealed that the Assembly currently has 160 staff, covering both Central Administration and Decentralized Departments. He praised their contributions despite recent retirements and transfers, including that of the respected Coordinating Director, Mr. Ndinga.

To improve efficiency, staff participated in a Smart Workplace Platform training, aimed at promoting a paperless, technology-driven work culture to enhance communication and documentation.
