Key players in Ghana’s social protection ecosystem have completed a two-day stakeholder sub-committee meeting that took place in Hill Palace Hotel in Peduase in the Eastern Region.
The sub-committee met to discuss cases from the Single Window Citizens Engagement Service (SWCES) and strategized on the effective development of a referral pathway for case management.
The National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) was represented by the Ag. Director of Corporate Affairs, Mr. Oswald Essuah-Mensah, who also superintends over the activities of the NHIA Call Center where calls from SWCES are referred for redress.
He assured the public of the NHIA commitment to ensure that health care needs of Ghanaians are well taken care of.
