Presidential hopeful for the ruling New Patriotic Party, Alan Kyeremanten on Friday extended his regional tour to the Eastern region.
The former Trades and Industries minister made an official visit to the paramount chief of New Juaben traditional area, Nana Kwaku Boateng III.
He again toured some principal streets of Koforidua and also engaged with market women and traders at the Koforidua Central market to announce his presence in the regional capital.
Mr. Alan Kyeremanten later held a meeting with some executives of the party in the region to seek for their support going into the party’s internal flagbearership elections.
He was received with joy by party supporters as well as the general public who were chanting his name as the next president of Ghana.
