An Okada rider and a young female pedestrian are both in critical condition after a crash last night at Kyekyewere a Community in Ayensuano District in Eastern Region.
The accident occurred Tuesday evening around 7:50pm when the Okada rider believe to be in his 20’s knocked down the young woman in her 30’s who was crossing the road.
Both sustained severe injuries and were lying at the scene motionless amidst bleeding from their injuries.
They were rushed to the Eastern Regional Hospital in Koforidua for emergency treatment.
