A young female Police officer stationed at Boso in the Asuogyaman District in the Eastern Region has died.
Lance Corporal Sheila Afia Opoku died a few hours after she reported sick Sunday, November 7, 2021, and was rushed to the Boso clinic.
The body has been moved to Police Hospital Mortuary in Accra for preservation and autopsy.
The late Sheila Afia Opoku was an old student of Ghana Senior High School (GHANASS) in Koforidua.
The old students association is known as “Beacons” said “it devastates us to announce the untimely death of our dear Beacon Sheila Afia Opoku of the 2006 year group whose sudden death occurred today 7th November 2021, since we heard the news, the whole GOSA family has been struggling to cope with knowing our vibrant and energetic Beacon has gone. Join us sympathize with the family. May her gentle soul rest in peace”.
