Some regional executives and constituency youth organizers are wondering why some hardworking members of the National Democratic Congress, NDC are yet to get appointment from the President John Dramani Mahama.
This comes after the contributions some members played in ensuring victory for the party in the 2024 December general elections.
With regards to the Eastern Region, some party members, especially most foot soldiers of the NDC are questioning the delay in rewarding the Deputy Regional Youth Organizer, Fohad Agbenyadzi for his selfless and commitment character exhibited during the campaign seasons
Expressing their disappointments, some were of the view that the delay in appointing some of their leaders indicate that, those at the grassroots have been neglected.
“Some of us were expecting our leaders like Fohad and others to get appointments so they could in turn also in one way or the other also be if support to the grassroots. Comrade Fohad, has for instance shown his commitment to the party as he was all over the place campaigning and supporting Constituencies to also intensify their various campaigns”.
“If he (Fohad) is yet to be recognized for his hardwork, then some of us have no hope at all” some constituency youth organizers and party members stated.
Meanwhile, Comrade Fohad Agbenyadzi has denied rumours that he had rejected appointment made available to him, stressing “it’s never true”.
