Sammy Awuku, the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) candidate-elect for the Akuapem North Constituency, pledged unwavering commitment to driving development in the region following his unanimous endorsement by party delegates.
He said this when speaking to the media after his acclamation process at Akropong on December 2, 2023
Awuku’s promise to maximize NPP votes in Akuapem North is accompanied by a commitment to embark on a reconciliation journey, ensuring unity and collaboration in the constituency’s campaign efforts.
He aims to surpass the party’s 26,000 votes in 2020 through hard work and inclusivity.
Sammy Awuku, also the Director General of the National Lottery Authority (NLA), outlined a strategic vision for the NPP’s triumph in the 2024 presidential election.
“The NPP will win in 2024 based on strategy, and the NDC will not understand,” affirmed Awuku.
He conveyed the party’s determination to secure the majority of parliamentary seats as a crucial step towards claiming victory in the presidential race.
