A five-year-old boy identified as Joseph Addo, a student at Suhum Newtown Nursery School, has reportedly drowned at Suhum in Eastern Region during rainfall.
The heartbreaking incident occurred on Friday, November 24, 2023.
The boy was seen being carried away by the flood waters but could not be saved.
Search by rescue team, comprising NADMO (National Disaster Management Organization) ,Police and community members continue for recovery of the body however have not been successful.
