Residents of Kwasi Tenten, Obuobi, and Asah, all farming communities in Nsawam Adoagyiri Municipality of the Eastern region are living in fear as a strange python continue to terrorize farmers.
The scary situation is preventing residents from going to farms and markets for fear of being devoured by the alleged Python.
They are therefore calling on the department of wildlife to intervene.
“The past 5 days have been horror bringing all farming activities to a halt as both men and women will not dare to go to the farm. We are scared. I saw the animal with my naked eyes” a resident said.
An opinion leader Kpadro Emmanuel, said residents may not turn out to vote on December 7 if the situation remains the same.
