Two persons have died in a horrific accident on Koforidua to Mamfe road.
The bodies of deceased persons-Amos Aglago, 35, and Samuel Opare, 34, have been deposited at the morgue.
According to Justice Boateng driver in charge of Hyundai H100 with registration number GE 6451-15, he was driving from Koforidua to Mamfe around 7:00pm.
On reaching Mampong Nkwata, three persons on motorbike veered off their lane and collided head-on with his vehicle. The impact forced the vehicle to so run into a ditch.
They sustained serious injuries and were rushed to Eastern Regional Hospital where Amos Aglagoand Samuel Opare was pronounced dead on arrival.
The third victim Kwadwo Akoto, 34, is still on admission receiving treatment.
The driver of the vehicle has since been treated and discharged.
