A truck bearing registration number GR 495-17, owned by Volta Ice Mineral Water, has collided with a shop along the Agormanor to Manaam bypass at Saisi in Lower Manya Krobo in Eastern region ,Tuesday evening.
The collision resulted in injuries to a young boy who was in front of the shop and the truck driver.
Both have been promptly transported to the hospital for medical attention.
The truck remains lodged in the shop, posing a potential hazard to passersby.
Motorists utilizing the bypass are urged to exercise heightened caution to prevent further harm to lives and properties.
Authorities are on the scene to address the situation and facilitate the safe removal of the truck from the shop.
