The Communication Director for NPP in the New Juaben South Constituency of the Eastern region Eugene Bempong has donated 10 Android phones worth ¢ 9,260 to serial callers in the constituency to mark the celebration of his birthday.
The donation was facilitated by Mr. Samuel Ansah Asiedu the Personal Aid to the Communication Officer Eugene Bempong and accompanied by some constituency executives.
NPP Serial callers in the New Juaben South Constituency in the past few years has contributed their share in support of the party via morning show political radios programs, television shows and various social media handles through self sponsored resource as a result of their love to the party.
Speaking in an interview after the presentation of the android devices to the beneficiaries, Samuel Ansah Asiedu revealed that “the gesture aims to enable them to surf the internet and conduct research on government projects”.
He emphasized that ” in this digitalization era, it is essential to provide them with the necessary tools to stay abreast with time and disseminate vital information that will inure to the betterment of the party especially as the party aim to break the eight in the 2024 general elections”.
In appreciation to the gesture shown by the Communication Officer, the Serial Callers thanked him and requested similar support from leadership to assist them in their work.
