Director-General of the Ghana Education Service Dr. Eric Nkansah participated in a Subject-Specific PLC session on Chemistry at Okuapeman SHS on Tuesday, 5th March 2024.
The session, which was found to be very engaging and interactive, was facilitated by Mr. Felix Oduro, a Chemistry teacher.
He commended the teachers for their active participation and encouraged them to keep it up, as this will enable them to effectively understand and implement the new secondary education curriculum developed by NaCCA.
During his visit, Dr. Eric Nkansah also had the opportunity to engage with visually impaired learners in the school and share words of encouragement with them.
GES is working collaboratively with NaCCA to ensure that the new curriculum is inclusive and meets the needs of all learners.
