Fueling Expenses: Headteachers were reportedly asked to contribute GH¢50 each which amounts to Ghc6,050 to fuel the director’s vehicle for a Conference of Directors of Education (CoDE) event. This financial request has left many questioning its appropriateness.
Control of Examinations: Rev. Atta Bilson is accused of taking control of end-of-term examinations by purchasing them from private printers.
Parents were allegedly charged exorbitant fees for these examinations, which were previously set by teachers themselves.

Profit-Sharing Arrangement: The director is alleged to have incited Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) and School Management Committee (SMC) executive members to organize extra classes, with a reported 50/50 profit-sharing arrangement. Victimization: Headteachers who attempt to seek clarifications or ask questions are reportedly met with public insults and victimization. This alleged behavior is said to create a hostile working environment for educators in the municipality.
